Letters of application, contact phone numbers, email addresses, resumes, CV’s and/or supporting documents are not received by Dress & Press and therefore at no stage does Dress & Press have access to job seekers or applicants information, unless they are already a registered user of the Website.

Dress & Press reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law to authorized personnel and/or law enforcement agencies if we believe we are legally obligated to do so.

If the ownership changes of all or a substantial part of the Dress & Press business, or individual business units, your personal information (including your profile with the Website) may be transferred to the new owner so the service or the transferred part of it can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, your personal information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy at the time of transfer and then to the privacy policy of the new owner.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
